The Dublin International Film Festival (DIFF) has fast become Ireland’s premier feature film festival, taking place in Dublin over 11 days each spring, 2016’s festival will turn the city cinematic from 18th – 28th Feb. DIFF continues its commitment to celebrating film as an art form by presenting over 120 films from the four corners of the globe to Irish audiences.
A citywide event that takes place in many of the city centre’s cinemas and venues, the festival is a veritable film feast for lovers of this rich type of things. The majority of films shown are actual Irish premieres, and for some of the films shown, the festival represents the only public screening that will take place in Ireland.
